Q. How much do you charge for your services?
A. We do not charge any fees for our services.
Q. What sort of properties do you buy?
A. Any kind of residential property.
Q. What sort of offer can I expect?
A. In the current climate we will typically offer you between 70%
and 75% 0f the value of your property.
Q. Are there any other fees to pay?
A. We will cover all your selling costs and you will not have to pay
a penny.
Q. How long does it take to complete?
A. We are able to exchange contracts in a matter of days and
completion can take place within 28 days or less if time is of essence.
Q. What if my property is tenanted?
A. Yes we can still buy your property even if there is a tenant.
Q. What if I am about to be repossessed?
A. That is not a problem, our solicitors are able to stop the repossession so
the sale can proceed.
Q. What if I do not have any equity in my property?
A. We will still try and offer you other alternatives which will still allow
you to move on (please see the section on Lease Options).
